Questions

Everything You Need To Know.

All levels are welcome on the boat. If you are not certified you can do the Open Water Course but if you just want to try it out for a day and go the national park, you can do the Try Scuba Program.

Sites are picked daily based on conditions, tides, and your group’s experience.

If it’s more than 12 moths since you been in the water (baths do not count) then you must do a refresher just to brush up on your skills and make sure you prepared for emergency situations. The refresher is added as part of your first dive for 500k so you don’t need an extra day or anything.

Most likely. Komodo is one of the few places in the world with manta sightings year-round. Peak season is September to May when they show up in bigger numbers. We can’t force mother nature but the odds are seriously in your favour at sites like Manta Point, Makassar Reef and Mawan.

The currents are exactly why Komodo’s marine life is so wild. They pump nutrients through the park and bring in the big stuff. The team and the captain analyses conditions every day and will always make sure you are safe and comfortable.

Decided the evening before based on tides, conditions, and your group. Top spots in rotation include Batu Bolong, Castle Rock, Manta Point, Crystal Rock, Makassar Reef and Mawan. The captain and guides know which sites are firing on any given day.

Komodo is a year-round destination. April to October is dry season with the clearest visibility and calmest seas. November to March is wet season with fewer tourists, more nutrients in the water, and peak manta season. It might rain on land but underwater is wet anyways.

3 dives, full gear rental, your guide, breakfast and lunch, snacks, coffee, tea, water, and the Komodo National Park fee (Rp 275k/day). The number on the site is the number you pay. No surprises after you say yes.

Dive computer rental (Rp 300k/day), underwater camera rental (Rp 200k/day), and Nitrox tanks (Rp 450k/day for 3 tanks). All optional, everything you need as part of your dive is already included.

Sorry, you’re going to have to get some exercise but we promise it’s not hard. Meet at the dive center which is 2 minutes from the main harbour in Labuan Bajo. Most hotels are within easy walking distance, and Grab or motorbike taxis are everywhere if you’d rather ride.

Swimwear, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, a change of clothes, and your phone (for photos and bragging rights). Bring your dive computer if you have one or rent one. Your guide will have so it’s not mandatory. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, tea and water are all on the boat so no food needed.

Contacts are fine but we recommend daily disposables in case of water entry. Prescription mask lenses are available if you let us know at least 2 weeks before your trip, or you can find them at dive supply shops nearby.

Free cancellation or date change up to 48 hours before your trip. Flight cancelled? Show us proof and we’ll work it out, we’re always reasonable about it.

Easy. Message us on WhatsApp or use the online booking form. We confirm availability, take a small deposit, and send you a custom confirmation page with all the meeting details. Done.
