FULL DESCRIPTION
The Secret Gili snorkel tour is the best way to see the hidden secluded south islands. The Secret Gili’s South consist of 3 secluded sandy pieces of paradise surrounding Gili Gede.
On this trip, you’ll go snorkeling close to Gili Rengit where you’ll see beautiful colourful slopping reefs filled with marine life. Once you’re done, you’ll head to Gili Layar which is a beautiful secluded island with only a small local food stand.
Enjoy a freshly-made meal and relax on the beach or go in for a swim if you can’t get enough snorkeling.
Once you’re done, you’ll head over to do some more snorkeling and also visit Gili Goleng where you’ll explore the secluded beaches on the island that has nobody living on it. Maybe this could be your new home?
The day ends as you sail past Gili Gede which is the only island in the area with hotels or people living on it. Wave hello to them if you still have energy.

Nice trip overall and the crew were friendly and relaxed. We did see a turtle near the statues at Meno. The one issue was the boat felt overloaded that day, so it was a bit of a scramble getting in and out of the water at each stop. Captain Gede stayed calm about it and looked after everyone, fair play.

Everything You Need To Know.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Life jackets are available on the boat. The snorkel spots are shallow and calm so most people with minimal swimming confidence are fine. If unsure, chat with us on WhatsApp before booking.
Will we definitely see turtles?
Turtles are seen on the vast majority of trips. It is extremely uncommon not to see one around the Gili’s but of course we do have to mention it’s mother nature and you can never guarantee something.
What if the weather is bad?
Every booking includes our weather guarantee. Our captains will make the call if the winds are too strong on the day of your trip or impending storms that would make it unsafe are approaching. Full refund or rescheduling.
What is the boat like?
Your trip will be on a traditional Gili snorkel boat. Lots of shaded roofed space with front deck for tanning of jumping off into the water. Benches along both sides of the boat.
How many people can come?
That’s for you to decide! We have boats that can fit up to 16 people if you have that many humans you like to tolerate.
